A Little Witch in Waiting
Claire Palmer · Published 2023
A book of metaphorical, magical short stories. Beautifully illustrated by Larch Gallagher who brought my little witch to life. Intended for any age, from around 8 years upwards, but adults absolutely love them too! You can read the book as a complete story, or you can dip into it and read a chapter at random and see what emerges for you. At the back of the book, there are reflective questions for journaling. The intent is to allow yourself to be immersed, contemplative and see what emerges.

Loved it! I have read & studied a lot on neuroscience particularly Dan Siegel's work. All wonderfully enlightening. However this book does a fabulous job of merging neuroscience fundamentals and meditative practises. Loved the key points at the end of each chapter. It's easy to read too.

Wonderful book that looks at change in people and organisations. A great book for coaches and leaders. It might be a bit heavy going in places – one for a vacation!

The first book on self development I read back in the early 1990s. Whilst ‘old fashioned’ it’s still very relevant.

After hearing him speak I bought the book. It wasn’t as insightful as seeing him demonstrate and speak of his work in war-zones, but still powerful.

The inner series by Tim Galway is great and I admit to only having read this one – I play tennis! After seeing Tim demonstrate this with a group of players in my early days of coaching I was struck by the value. Fascinating stuff – no techniques. Well worth a read.
