My coaching is now individual, usually online so you can be based anywhere in the UK or internationally.

Benefits
It can be isolating in an executive role - working with me means you have your own confidential strategic partner. This means you're able to step back, reflect with a sound and thoughtful 'sounding board' and from there plan next steps.
You also gain a different perspective on issues, challenges, strategies with clients often reporting stronger relationships with their boss, peers, colleagues as a welcome positive outcome from coaching.
You increase your effectiveness by developing your abilities of self-observation, self awareness and self-responsibility.
Coaching provides the structure to maintain focus on what's important. It allows time to focus on the most important person - you. And for that reason, it is extremely enjoyable.
How does it work?
For individual coaching: we have an initial complementary conversation or 'chemistry' session to see if we think that together we're the best coaching partnership.
Together we agree the frequency of coaching, your objectives & whether the coaching will be face to face and/or over the phone. A usual executive coaching agreement is two hours' coaching per month with any supporting materials plus ad-hoc calls.
For group coaching: contact me so I understand the results you want to achieve. We'll explore what's possible for maximum impact. I have a number of sessions 'on the shelf' that can be quickly adapted or if your prefer, I can create something bespoke.
Coaching with me is usually online although face to face is still possible in exceptional circumstances.
Please note: Although the offerings above still stand I am doing less & less skills-based Leadership Coaching. My coaching is more about really knowing yourself else longstanding challenges Please get in touch if that is you.

Claire's coaching enabled me to start coaching myself and others, a skill that is essential in today's business environment where change and challenges pop up much more frequently.
