What exactly is a retreat? Quiet time away from your normal life for the purpose of restoring balance in your mind and body which in turns enables your own personal self-discovery.
The retreat will run from 3 pm Friday 7th July to 3pm Sunday 9th July. Full details of activities will be issued nearer the time. However there will be the opportunity to experience the following;
- Daily yoga
- Daily meditation
- One to one coaching
- Group coaching
- Mindfulness activities
- Quiet areas for relaxing, personal reflection, reading
- Fresh vegetarian food
- Optional self-assessment for increasing awareness
This enriching, re-focusing, re-balancing weekend retreat will be limited to a maximum of 12 people.

What’s the cost per person?
£490 single room, £440 twin shared room - this includes all meals, teas, coffees throughout the weekend. Early bird (booked before end Feb) £450/£400.
